Press Release Regarding Unfounded Allegations By France 24 And Disinformation In The Foreign Press

We resolutely continue our legal struggle against the unfounded allegations and slanders directed at our company. Most recently, in a video titled “Le drone et le Coran: enquête exclusive sur la puissance turque en Afrique” published on the France 24 YouTube channel, disinformation was spread regarding our company without any concrete evidence. The broadcast in question claims that our company provides close protection services for Malian President Assimi Goita and carries out operational activities in the region. These claims are entirely contrary to the truth; our company has never had any operational activities or personnel in Mali to date.
Despite the broadcaster’s own admission that there is no known evidence of our company’s presence in Mali, it continued to conduct a perception operation based on “sources of unknown reliability.” As has been repeatedly registered in judicial rulings, the mere fact that a report is sourced from another outlet does not absolve the press of its obligation to investigate the accuracy of the news. Targeting our company with analogies such as the “Turkish Wagner” and attributing false facts to us constitutes character assassination with no visible reality. Our company will file a lawsuit for non-pecuniary damages against France 24 in France regarding this disinformation.
As a domestic company operating in the defense industry services sector, we continue our work with determination, striving to fulfill our mission of contributing to international peace in the best possible way. Our company is a reputable organization operating in the defense industry services sector in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and International Conventions. It does not provide security services, is not present in conflict zones, is not a mercenary organization, and possesses no armed forces.
We would like to emphasize once again that the organized perception games and black propaganda carried out against our company should not be credited. We respectfully inform the public that we will continue to hold those accountable before the relevant judicial authorities—regardless of where in the world they may be—who attempt to create a negative public perception through such unfounded allegations, and we will never allow such defamation campaigns to prevail.
Respectfully announced to the public. 13/02/2026
